Client was charged with DUI, no proof of liability insurance, driving on the wrong side of the road, and careless driving in Pontotoc County. After lengthy negotiations with trooper and prosecuting attorney, the no proof of liability insurance, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving were retired to the file. Client was given opportunity to take advantage of the the non-adjudication statute and did so.
