Client was charged with DUI Refusal and no proof of liability insurance by an officer of the Mississippi Highway Patrol at a roadblock. A negotiated plea resulted in dismissal of no proof of liability insurance and DUI Refusal was amended to DUI other and client was given a non-adjudicated plea which allows him to have a clean record upon completion of certain conditions and requirements.
